Q: I have dark under eye circles. Is there any way to get rid of them for good? I'm so tired of putting on concealer everyday.

A: Dark circles is a common problem for most women and men. It's annoying and unlike other facial blemish, it's almost impossible to get rid of them completely. Fortunately, thanks to science and research, there's a way to lessen the darkness and appearance of these circles. You have two options:

Option 1: Eye creams and solution gels with Vitamin K Oxide can help strengthen capillary walls so dark circles and veins become less visible. I recommend Cernor Coverstick (price unavailable, Jeunesse Dermaceutical at 02-6723599) which, doesn't only have the said vitamin above but also has carefully selected light-reflecting and tinting agents so it doesn't only "cure" but also covers.

Option 2: If you have a chronic case of undereye circles, you might want to contact a doctor about lasers. Lasers can thicken the skin by increasing collagen production, so you are less likely to see veins. Contact your trusted physician and dermatologist to know more about this procedure.
