Aside from the Oscar's, the one thing I patiently wait for annually is Allure's Beauty Awards. Almost all fashion magazines have this kind of awarding yearly but I find Allure to be most unbiased and helpful. Most of the products I have in both my professional and personal kit were discovered through my monthly subscription to the magazine.

This year, the 2011 Best of Beauty Awards gives us 236 carefully picked beauty products to drool over.
